摘 要:聚氨酯防腐涂料因具有耐腐蚀性强、耐化学品性好等优点而被广泛使用,但其作为重防腐涂层材料时仍然存在耐磨性不足与污染环境的问题。采用玻璃鳞片与六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为改性剂,将其掺入环氧聚氨酯中制得一种新型重防腐涂层材料,并基于正交试验设计,对其组成比例进行了分析优化,得到了防腐涂料的最优组成:m(甲苯二异氰酸酯)∶m(六亚甲基二异氰酸酯)∶m(环氧树脂)为8∶6∶4,玻璃鳞片的掺量为20%、片径尺寸为90μm、厚度为4μm。Polyurethane anticorrosive coatings is widely used because of its strong corrosion resistance and excellent chemical resistance.However,as a heavy anticorrosive coating material,it still has the problems of insufficient wear resistance and environmental pollution.In this study,glass flakes and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)were used as modifiers.A new heavy-duty anticorrosive coating material was prepared by mixing the modifiers into epoxy polyurethane.Based on orthogonal test design,after analysis and optimization,the optimum composition of the anticorrosive coating was obtained as follows:m(TDI)∶m(HDI)∶m(epoxy resin)was 8∶6∶4,the content of glass flakes was 20%,the diameter of the flakes was 90μm and the thickness was 4μm.
