摘　　要：对集装箱用水性环氧富锌底漆进行了探究,针对配方中的锌粉含量、分散剂、流变助剂、锌粉稳定剂等进行了一系列试验,经过配方优化后制备了一款快干、稳定性好、抗流挂性和防腐性能优异的高性能水性双组分环氧富锌底漆。结果表明:锌粉添加量占体系的70%,分散剂选用SN-1728,流变助剂采用SD-2和TS-720搭配使用,体系中添加SN-7520作为锌粉稳定剂时,所得的涂料表现出最佳的综合性能。The water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer for containers was explored and a series of experiments were carried out on the content of zinc powder,dispersant,rheological additive,zinc powder stabilizer,etc.,in the formula.After formula optimization,a high performance waterborne two-pack epoxy zinc-rich primer with fast drying,good stability,excellent sag resistance and corrosion resistance was prepared.The results showed that the obtained coatings exhibited the best overall performance when the addition of zinc powder accounted for 70%of the system,SN-1728 was used as dispersant,SD-2 and TS-720 were used as rheological additives,and SN-7520 was added as zinc powder stabilizer in the system.
