摘 要:为分析高压无气喷涂各工艺与防腐涂层性能之间的关联,选用6个施工关键因素,通过正交设计得到18种工艺组合方案,结合灰色局势决策理论以研究不同工艺组合对所得涂层性能的影响。研究结果表明:施工工序取2.4 kg/m^(2)+2.4 kg/m^(2),雾化压力设为0.65 MPa,喷枪移速设为75 cm/s,喷涂距离设为5 cm,涂料保温温度为55℃,施工环境温度为25℃时,所得防腐涂层的综合性能最好。In order to analyze the relationship between various processes of high-pressure airless spraying and the performance of anti-corrosion coating,six key construction factors were selected,and 18 process combinations were obtained through orthogonal design.Combined with the grey situation decision theory,the effects of different process combinations on the performance of the coating were studied.The results show that when the construction process is 2.4 kg/m^(2)+2.4 kg/m^(2),the atomization pressure is set to 0.65 MPa,the moving speed of the spray gun is set to 75 cm/s,the spraying distance is set to 5 cm,the insulation temperature of the coating is 55℃,and the construction ambient temperature is 25℃,the comprehensive performance of the anti-corrosion coating obtained in this process is the best.
