摘  要:为研究脂润滑下摆线针轮传动润滑特性,基于Ostwald本构方程建立摆线针轮线接触脂润滑数值模型,研究负移距修形、正等距修形、正等距+正移距修形和负等距+负移距修形4种摆线轮修形方式对啮合过程中摩擦润滑接触特性的影响规律;利用啮合过程中最小油膜厚度、摩擦因数、摩擦损失功率及一个啮合周期内总的摩擦损失功率评价了摩擦润滑状态。结果表明:相同加工精度下,正等距+正移距组合修形方式下啮合过程中最小油膜厚度最大,摩擦因数、摩擦损失功率以及总的摩擦损失功率最小;等距+正移距组合修形方式的摩擦润滑接触状态最优,而负等距+负移距修形的摩擦润滑接触状态最差,正等距单修形方式的摩擦润滑接触状态优于负移距单修形方式;不同修形方式下,随着修形量的增加,整个过程总的摩擦损失功率增加,摩擦润滑状态变差;随着转速增加,修形齿廓啮合过程中最小油膜厚度增大、摩擦因数减小、摩擦损失功率增大及总的摩擦损失功率线性增加。In order to study the lubrication characteristics of cycloid drives under grease lubrication,a thermal elastohydrodynamic grease lubrication line contact model was developed for the cycloid drives with Ostwald fluid.The effect of four profile modification methods on lubrication performance was investigated,including negative radial-moving scheme,positive equidistant scheme,combined positive equidistant and positive radial-moving scheme and combined negative equidistant and negative radial-moving scheme.The minimum film thickness,friction coefficient,friction power loss in the meshing period and the total rolling power loss for the whole meshing process were used to evaluate the contact performance of a cycloid drive.Results show that at a certain manufacturing accuracy,the combined positive equidistant and positive radial-moving scheme has the largest minimum film thickness,the smallest friction coefficient and friction power loss and the total rolling power loss for the whole meshing process.The combined positive equidistant and positive radial-moving scheme has the best lubrication performance,while the combined negative equidistant and negative radial-moving scheme has the worst lubrication performance,and the single positive equidistant scheme has better lubrication performance than single negative radial-moving scheme.As the modification value increases,the total rolling power loss for the whole meshing process increases,which represents a worse lubrication performance.As the speed increases,the minimum film thickness in meshing process increases,the friction coefficient decreases,and the friction power loss in the meshing period and the total rolling power loss for the whole meshing process increase.
