摘  要:采用GH4169合金对1Cr17Ni2不锈钢进行激光修复试验,研究不同扫描速度对修复试样显微组织和显微硬度的影响。研究表明,熔覆层的显微组织和力学性能与扫描速度的变化密切相关。随着扫描速度的上升,熔覆层的质量与显微硬度得到了明显的改善,但扫描速度过高会对熔覆层的组织及显微硬度造成损害。当扫描速度Vs=0.012m/s时,熔覆层晶粒组织细密,熔覆层平均硬度较不锈钢基体提升了9.78%,熔覆区枝晶干中Nb元素平均质量分数回升至5.58%,Laves相平均体积分数下降至2.3%,性能与基体协调匹配,力学性能良好。修复后熔覆层组织主要由γ相、强化相γ′和γ″以及δ相组成,熔覆层晶粒组织由平行分布的柱状晶组织所组成,无明显的焊接缺陷,熔覆层与基体形成了紧密的冶金结合。The laser repair experiment of 1Cr17Ni2 stainless steel was carried out with GH4169 alloy.The test discussed that how different scanning speeds influenced the microstructure and microhardness.With the rise of scanning speed,the quality and mechanical properties have been obviously ameliorated,while the microstructure and microhardness of the cladding layer will be damaged at too high scanning speed.When the scanning speed is 0.012m/s,the grain structure is excellent,and the average solidity is 9.78%higher than the matrix.The average mass fraction of Nb in the dendrite dry in the cladding area increases to 5.58%and the average volume fraction of Laves phase decreases to 2.3%.The properties are coordinated with the matrix,and the mechanical properties are good.The microstructure after repair is mainly formed ofγ,γ′,γ″andδ,the grain structure is formed by parallel columnar crystal structure without obvious welding defects,and the cladding layer forms a close metallurgical bond with the matrix.
