摘 要:近年来,校园突发型负面网络舆情高发,并呈现出主体的群体性与对抗性、客体的广泛性与复杂性、本体的情绪性与极化性特征。以勒庞《乌合之众》的群体心理理论分析,互联网络是激发心理趋同效应的温床,学生主体的自身局限使其在舆情交流中易受情绪感染,意见领袖因势利导加剧心理暗示,是校园网络舆情产生的三重机理。由此,构建校内议题良性互动平台以拓展学生理性表达空间,完善校方网络舆情快速响应机制以揭开真相之幕,发挥思政工作价值引领功能以重塑“普遍信仰”,是未来校园网络舆情治理的三条思路。In recent years, the sudden negative network public opinion on campus has a high incidence,and presents the characteristics of collectivism and antagonism of the subject, universality and complexity of the object, emotionality and polarization of the ontology. Based on the group psychology theory of Le Bon’s The Crowd, it can be found that there are three reasons for the emergence of campus network public opinion: Internet is a hotbed to stimulate psychological convergence effect;students are vulnerable to emotional infection due to their own limitations in public opinion communication;opinion leaders take advantage of the situation to intensify psychological suggestion. Therefore, building a benign interactive platform on campus issues to expand the space for rational expression of students, improving the rapid response mechanism of school network public opinion to uncover truth, and giving full play to the guiding function of ideological and political work to reshape the universal belief are three ideas for the future management of campus network public opinion.
