摘　　要：俄罗斯与乌克兰冲突,美欧等国严厉打压俄罗斯,俄罗斯迫切需要中国投资。通过分析俄罗斯投资环境的优势与劣势,并利用等级评分法对其进行了量化评估。评估结果表明,对于国际资本而言,俄罗斯属于高风险与高收益并存的地区,虽然近期的俄乌冲突导致对俄投资风险进一步增大,但是突发危机并不会改变对俄投资的长期机会。中国企业应该抓住机遇,抢先占领市场,发挥优长,根据自身的投资目的和投资特点权衡利弊、谨慎选择。Russia is in conflict with Ukraine now and under severe suppress from the United States,Europe and other countries.As a result,Russia urgently needs Chinese investment.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Russia's investment environment,this paper makes a quantitative evaluation by using the grade scoring method.The assessment results show that,for international capital,Russia is a region with high risks and high returns.Although the recent conflict between Russia and Ukraine has led to a further increase in the risk of investment in Russia,the sudden crisis will not change the long-term opportunities for investment in Russia.Chinese enterprises should seize the opportunity,seize the market first,give full play to their advantages,weigh the pros and cons and make prudent choices according to their own investment objectives and characteristics.
