摘  要:为快速进行辣椒疫病抗性资源筛选,采用田间自然发病和分子标记辅助鉴定相结合对66份辣椒资源进行抗性评价。8对引物中有5对引物可用于辣椒抗病性材料的筛选,分别是Primer 1、Primer 2、Primer 5、Primer 6、Primer 7,共筛选出抗性材料34份。引物Primer 1筛选出抗病材料56份;引物Primer 2筛选出抗病材料50份;Primer 5筛选出抗性材料45份,6份材料同时检测出抗感两个目标条带;引物Primer 6检测出抗病材料48份,1份材料同时检测出抗感两个目标条带;引物Primer 7检测出抗病材料62份。引物Primer 1、Primer 2、Primer 5、Primer 6稳定性、重复性好,适用性较强,可综合利用这4对标记对材料的抗性进行快速检测。In order to quickly screen the pepper Phytophthora blight resistance resources,66 Capsicum resources was evaluated for their resistance by the combination of natural infection in open field and molecular marker-assisted identification.5 of the 8 pairs of primers could be used to screen the resistant materials of pepper,which were Primer 1,Primer 2,Primer 5,Primer 6,Primer 7,a total of 34 resistant materials were screened out.56 Resistant materials were screened out by Primer 1;50 resistant materials were screened out by Primer 2;45 resistant materials were screened by Primer 5;two susceptible target bands were detected in 6 materials;48 resistant materials were screened out by Primer 6;one material detected two resistance target bands;62 resistant materials were screened out by Primer 7.Primer 1,Primer 2,Primer 5 and Primer 6 with good stability,repeatability and applicability,which can be used to quickly detect the resistance resources of Phytophthora capsici.
