摘  要:特异长度扩增片段测序(specific length amplified fragment sequencing,SLAF-seq)技术是以第二代测序为基础的一种简化基因组测序技术。本研究简述了SLAF-seq技术流程,综述了该技术在蔬菜分子标记开发、高密度遗传图谱构建、基因定位、遗传多样性分析和辅助全基因组测序等方面的应用,讨论了其应用存在的问题,展望了其发展前景。Specific length amplified fragment sequencing(SLAF-seq)technology was one of reduced-representation genome sequencing technology on the basis of the second-generation high-throughput sequencing technology.In this study,the process of SLAF-seq technology was briefly introduced,and the application of SLAF-seq technology in vegetable molecular marker development,high-density genetic map construction,gene mapping,genetic diversity analysis and assisted whole genome sequencing were reviewed.The problems of SLAF-Seq technology were discussed in its applications,and its development prospects were prospected.
