摘 要:为探究氢气参与调控植物抗旱性机制,本研究使用20%聚乙二醇-6000模拟干旱胁迫,以大麦品种‘新啤6号’为研究对象,检测和分析不同浓度富氢水对大麦幼苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明,25%和50%外源氢气对干旱胁迫下大麦幼苗生长发育的增益作用最为显著,幼苗根长、芽长与芽鞘长,地上部分与地下部分总含水量、相对含水量、绝对含水量和脯氨酸含量均显著增加,水分饱和亏和丙二醛含量显著降低,而根数与吸水力无明显变化。此外,25%至100%浓度区间内外源氢气能够显著或极显著提升干旱胁迫下大麦幼苗根芽超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性。采用主成分分析法对外源氢气的作用效果进行评价,结果表明25%和50%外源氢气处理得分最高,这与上述指标显著性检验结果一致。综上所得,适宜浓度的外源氢气通过协调水分平衡、增强渗透调节和抗氧化能力的途径提升大麦幼苗抗旱性。本研究筛选出了适宜的富氢水浸种浓度,为外源氢气参与大麦幼苗抗旱性机制提供参考。In order to study the mechanism of hydrogen involved in regulating plant drought resistance,20%polyethylene glycol-6000 was used to simulate drought stress.Barley variety’Xinpi6’was used as the research object to detect and analyze the effects of different concentrations of hydrogen-rich water(HRW)on drought resistance of barley seedlings.The results showed that 25%and 50%exogenous hydrogen had the most significant effect on the growth and development of barley seedlings under drought stress.The root length,bud length and coleoptile length,total water content,relative water content,absolute water content and proline content of aboveground and underground parts increased significantly,water saturation deficit and malondialdehyde content decreased significantly.While root number and water absorption did not change significantly.In addition,exogenous hydrogen in the concentration range of 25%to 100%could significantly or very significantly increase the activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase in root and bud of barley seedlings under drought stress.The effect of exogenous hydrogen was evaluated by principal component analysis,and the results showed that the scores of 25%and 50%exogenous hydrogen treatment were highest,which was consistent with the significant test results of the above indexes.To sum up,the appropriate concentration of exogenous hydrogen can improve drought resistance of barley seedlings by coordinating water balance,enhancing osmotic adjustment and antioxidation ability In this study,the suitable concentration of HRW soaking seeds was selected,and the reference for the mechanism of exogenous hydrogen participating in drought resistance of barley seedlings was provide.
