摘 要:形态学性状差异是物种遗传多样性的主要表现方式,为了探索引进文冠果种质的亲缘关系,以便对其育种和栽培利用进行深入研究。本实验对来自6个地区的11份文冠果(Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge)种质进行形态学观察,并利用欧氏遗传距离聚类的方法进行亲缘关系分析。结果表明,11份供试种质在表型性状存在明显差异,采用综合指标分析后11份供试种质共分为3类:第Ⅰ类包括BD12、株系2、建34、BD16、G27、G13、G9、Q8、建2九份种质;第Ⅱ类为BD特异一份种质;第Ⅲ类为S3一份种质。本研究结果可为引进种质今后在引入地育种、新品种培育栽培利用过程中提供理论依据。The genetic diversity of species was mainly manifested in the different of traits,in order to explore the genetic relationship of the germplasm of introduced fructus coronae,and to provide a basis for its further breeding and cultivation.In this study,the germplasm of 11 Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge from 6 regions were investigated and counted on morphological traits,and the data were analyzed by euclide genetic distance clustering method.The results showed that the 11 germplasm phenotypic traits were obvious differences,and the 11 selected germplasm were divided into three categories by comprehensive index analysis:Ⅰclasses including BD12,Strain2,34,BD16,G27,G13,G9,Q8,Jian 29 copies of materials;Ⅱclass for BD specific;Ⅲclass for S3.The results can be for the next crown fruit provide theoretical basis for introduction and breeding new varieties.
