摘 要:采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚酯二醇、聚乙二醇(PEG1000)和二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)等制备了阴/非离子型水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。通过固含量、粒径、红外光谱、吸水率以及拉伸性能等测试,讨论了DMBA用量对聚氨酯乳液及其胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:使用DMBA和PEG1000为亲水单体制备的阴/非型WPU乳液,固含量高达57.9%;粒径呈双峰分布的WPU乳液可以达到更高的固含量;随着DMBA用量增加,WPU膜的吸水率先减小后增大,胶膜的100%定伸模量、拉伸强度逐渐增大,断裂伸长率则缓慢减小。The anionic/nonionic waterborne polyurethane emulsion(WPU) was prepared by isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), polyester diol,polyethylene glycol(PEG1000) and dimethylolbutyric acid(DMBA). The effects of DMBA on the properties of polyurethane emulsion and its film were discussed through solid content, particle size,infrared spectrum, water absorption and tensile properties. The results showed that the solid content of anionic/nonionic WPU prepared by DMBA and PEG1000 could reach up to 57.9%. The WPU with bimodal particle size distribution could achieve higher solid content. With the increase of DMBA dosage, the water absorption of WPU films decreased first and then increased, the 100% strength and tensile strength increased gradually, while the elongation at break decreased slowly.
