摘  要:通过优化填料配方,开发出一种新型无溶剂、环保型水固化聚氨酯防水涂料。探讨了不同种类和含量的填料对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,以轻质碳酸钙加纳米二氧化硅为固体填料时,涂膜的力学性能优于仅以轻质碳酸钙为固体填料的涂料,在聚醚多元醇用量100份、无机填料总量50份的配方中,纳米二氧化硅添加量宜控制在5-10份;最佳漆渣添加量宜控制在5-7.5份,加入气体吸收剂氧化钙或普通硅酸盐水泥可提高涂膜的断裂伸长率。A new solvent-free and environmental friendly water curing polyurethane waterproof coating was developed by optimizing the filler formula. The effects of different kinds and contents of filler on the properties of the film were discussed. The results showed that the mechanical properties of coating with light calcium carbonate and nano-silica as solid filler were better than those with light calcium carbonate only. In the formula of 100 polyether polyols and 50 inorganic fillers, the amount of nano-silica should be controlled at 5-10 parts, the optimum amount of paint residue should be controlled at 5 - 7.5 parts. The elongation at break of the film could be improved by adding gas absorbent calcium oxide or ordinary Portland cement.
