摘  要:研究了自制的白炭黑浆料的添加量对喷涂聚氨酯泡沫体系聚醚组分黏度、相容性、喷涂施工过程及泡沫材料收缩、内部缺陷、附着面积和吸声性能的影响。结果表明:在聚醚组分中添加白炭黑浆料质量分数0.26%时,聚醚组分静置存放40 d无分层现象;喷涂施工过程混合料液雾化效果好,无滴落现象,喷枪口处残留物料少;泡沫材料可紧贴铝板框,无收缩;泡沫材料破坏后在铝板框上的附着面积高达95%,泡沫体内部无缺陷。所制备喷涂泡沫材料的阻燃、隔热和降噪性能较优。The effects of different amount of homemade silica slurry on viscosity, compatibility, spraying process, foam shrinkage, internal defects, adhesion area and sound absorption properties were studied. The results showed that, when the mass fraction of silica was 0.26%, the polyether system had no separated layer after 40 days storage. During the spraying process, the mixture liquid had good atomization effect, no dripping and less residual materials at the nozzle. The foam material could be tightly attached to the aluminum frame without shrinkage. After the destruction of foam material, the adhesion area on the aluminum frame was up to 95%, and there was no defect in the foam. The flame retardance, heat insulation and noise reduction properties of foam material were better.
