摘  要:采用小分子醇为起始剂,与环氧丙烷(PO)、环氧乙烷(EO)进行开环聚合反应,合成了亲水性聚醚多元醇,在不加入亲水填料的情况下,采用一步法发泡合成亲水性聚氨酯软泡。研究了聚醚多元醇起始剂种类、EO含量、分子结构及分子量对亲水性聚氨酯软泡吸水等性能的影响。结果表明,以甘油为起始剂,EO质量分数为70%,其中封端EO质量分数为10%,合成了相对分子质量为5 000的亲水聚醚多元醇,用其制备的聚氨酯软泡开孔率达到95%,吸水倍率高达35。Hydrophilic polyether polyols were synthesized by ring-open polymerization of propylene oxide(PO) and ethylene oxide(EO) using small molecular polyols as starting agent. The hydrophilic flexible polyurethane foams were prepared by one-step foaming process without adding hydrophilic filler. The effects of initiator types, EO content, molecular structure and molecular weight of the polyether polyols on the water absorption properties of hydrophilic polyurethane foams were studied. The results showed that the hydrophilic polyurethane foam could reach 95% of open-cell rate and 35 times of water absorption rate, which based on the polyether polyol with the relative molecular weight of 5 000, glycerol starting, 70% EO content, and 10% end-capped EO.
