摘  要:以水玻璃、多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯(PAPI)等为原料制备硅酸钠/聚脲喷涂泡沫复合材料。研究了水玻璃模数、波美度和用量以及PAPI用量对硅酸钠/聚脲喷涂泡沫复合材料性能影响,并通过FT-IR、SEM对试样进行表征。结果表明:采用55-60份模数2.35-2.45、波美度48.5-49.5°Bé的水玻璃、45-55份PAPI为主要原料制备的硅酸钠/聚脲喷涂泡沫复合材料泡孔均匀,泡沫内部含水,阻燃、抗静电性优良,力学性能可满足煤矿应用要求。Sodium silicate/polyurea spraying foam composite materials were prepared with sodium silicate,polyaryl polymethylene isocyanate( PAPI) and other additives as raw materials. The effects of sodium silicate modulus, baume degree and dosage and PAPI dosage on the properties of sodium silicate/polyurea sprayed foam composites were studied, and the samples were characterized by FT-IR and SEM. The results showed that the sodium silicate/polyurea spraying foam composite was prepared by 55-60 parts of sodium silicate with modulus of 2.35-2.45, baume of 48.5-49.5 °Bé and 45-55 parts of PAPI had uniform pore, excellent flame retardant and antistatic properties. The mechanical property could meet the requirements of coal mine application.
