摘  要:分别考察了不同的聚醚多元醇、接枝聚醚多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂以及多异氰酸酯对高回弹聚氨酯泡沫挥发性有机物(VOC)的影响。结果表明,聚醚多元醇中的醛含量、接枝聚醚多元醇中的苯乙烯和丙烯腈含量对泡沫的VOC影响较大,采用低VOC的泡沫稳定剂、催化剂能获得较低VOC的泡沫,不同MDI系多异氰酸酯对泡沫VOC影响不大。通过对聚醚、催化剂和泡沫稳定剂的配方优化制备了一种低气味低VOC汽车座椅泡沫。The effects of different polyether polyols, polymer polyols, surfactants, catalysts, and polyisocyanates on the volatile organic compounds(VOC) content of the high resilience polyurethane foams were investigated.The results showed that the VOC of the foams were influenced greatly by the aldehyde content in polyether polyols,the styrene and acrylonitrile in the polymer polyol. Lower VOC foams could be prepared by using low VOC surfactant and catalyst. Different MDI-type polyisocyanates had little effect on VOC of foam. A low odor and low VOC seat foam was prepared by optimizing the formula of polyether, catalyst and surfactant.
