摘　　要：目的快速康复护理方案对硬膜外血肿患者术后的影响。方法择取2018年10月至2020年9月于本院接受微创手术治疗的86例女性硬膜外血肿患者为研究对象,以随机动态数为划分对照组、研究组的依据,各包含43例患者;对照组术后给予常规护理,研究组术后给予快速康复护理;比较两组患者护理前后NIHSS评分以及引流时间、住院时间、并发症情况。结果护理前两组患者的NIHSS评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理后研究组的NIHSS评分低于对照组,且引流时间、住院时间均短于对照组,相应数据组间有统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症率为6.98%,低于对照组的25.58%(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理方案可改善硬膜外血肿患者术后的神经功能,同时还能降低并发症风险,对患者实现早期康复有积极影响。Objective:The effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing program on postoperative patients with epidural hematoma.Methods:A total of 86 female patients with epidural hematoma who underwent minimally invasive surgery in our hospital between October 2018 and September 2020 were selected as the research objects.The random dynamic number was used as the basis for dividing the control group and the study group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was given routine care after surgery,and the study group was given rapid rehabilitation care after surgery;the NIHSS score,drainage time,hospital stay,and complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:The NIHSS scores of the two groups of patients before nursing were not statistically different(P>0.05).After nursing,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the drainage time and hospital stay were shorter than the control group,and there were statistical differences between the corresponding data groups(P<0.05);The complication rate in study group was 6.98%,lower than 25.58%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rapid rehabilitation nursing program can improve the postoperative neurological function of patients with epidural hematoma,and at the same time reduce the risk of complications,which has a positive effect on the early recovery of patients.
