优质护理在腹式全子宫切除术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究腹式全子宫切除术患者接受优质护理的临床护理效果。方法开展研究的时间段为2019年8月至2020年9月,选取该时间段内于本院行腹式全子宫切除术的40例子宫肌瘤患者,用随机数字表法将其分为两组,各20例。对照组、观察组分别接受常规护理、常规+优质护理,比较两种护理模式对患者术后并发症、焦虑抑郁情绪和护理满意度方面产生的影响。结果实施优质护理的观察组患者术后并发症发生率较对照组相比较低,P<0.05,有显著差异;护理后与护理前相比,两组患者的焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪均得到明显的改善,而且观察组护理后的上述两项负面情绪评分较对照组相比较低,P<0.05,有显著差异;通过调查比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度情况,结果显示观察组的护理满意度较对照组相比较高,差异显著,P<0.05。结论行腹式全子宫切除术患者接受优质护理不仅有利于积极预防和控制术后并发症的发生,同时还可以缓解患者的负面情绪,获得患者的满意与认可,故值得应用。Objective:To study the clinical nursing effect of total abdominal hysterectomy patients receiving quality nursing.Methods:From August 2019 to September 2020,40 patients with hysteromyoma who underwent total abdominal hysterectomy in our hospital during this period were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,20 patients in each group.The control group and the observation group received routine nursing and routine+quality nursing,respectively,to compare the similarities and differences of the effects of the two nursing modes on postoperative complications,anxiety,depression and nursing satisfaction of the patients.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group receiving high-quality nursing was relatively lower,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups.After nursing and nursing compared with the two groups of patients before anxiety,depression mood were significantly improved,and the observation group after nursing the above two negative mood score compared with the control group is relatively low,P<0.05,there is a significant difference;through the investigation and comparison of the two groups of patients'satisfaction with nursing work,the results showed that the nursing satisfaction of the observation group compared with the control group is relatively higher,the difference is significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Quality care for patients undergoing total abdominal hysterectomy is not only conducive to the active prevention and control of postoperative complications,but also can alleviate the negative emotions of patients,and obtain the satisfaction and recognition of patients,so it is worthy of application.
