摘 要:汽车灯具是集光、机、电、热于一体的较为复杂的汽车零部件系统,灯具的热学性能作为灯具性能要求中极其重要的一环,其性能评估在产品开发的初期就必须介入。利用Star CCM+仿真软件,对某前大灯产品的虚拟样机展开了热量、空气流动、雾气消散的仿真分析,并依据仿真结果对产品设计方案提出了优化改进措施。优化后的实际产品的性能试验表现与前期仿真预测吻合良好,表明了该仿真分析方法是合理有效的,该技术途径是可行的,对产品的风险管控的意义重大。Automobile lamps are a relatively complex components system integrating optic performance,mechanical behavior,electrical properties and thermal performance.The thermal performance of the lamp is an extremely important part of the performance requirements,and its performance evaluation must be involved in the initial stage of product development before the vehicle styling freezes.Using the CFD software Star CCM+,the simulation analysis of heat,air flow and fog dissipation for a virtual prototype of a headlamp product is carried out.The optimization and improvement measures for the product design scheme are put forward according to the simulation results.The performance of the final product is consistent with the initial simulation prediction,which shows that the simulation analysis solution is reasonable and effective,the technical approach is feasible and it is of great significance to product risk management.
