摘　　要：智慧图书馆一直是学界关注的热点,研究者从不同角度提出了对未来图书馆智慧化发展的看法,而对作为图书馆智慧化内核力量的智慧图书馆员,则未有研究从“新职业”角度出发探讨其概念和能力维度。同时元宇宙的出现为图书馆智慧化发展提供了新思路和动力,亦对智慧图书馆员职业能力提出更高要求。文章在现有相关研究的基础上,立足于元宇宙背景,分析智慧图书馆员概念,探讨其职业能力要求和培养路径。Smart library have been a hot topic of academic attention,and researchers have put forward their views on the future intelligent development of libraries from different perspectives.However,for the smart librarians who are the core force of it,there is no research to discuss their concept and ability dimension from the perspective of "new occupation".The emergence of the metaverse provides new ideas and impetus for the intelligent development of libraries,and also puts forward higher requirements for the professional ability of smart librarians.Based on the existing related research,this paper analyzes the concept of smart librarians based on the background of the metaverse,and discusses their professional ability requirements and training paths.
