摘　　要：落实图书馆影响力评估机制,能够实现图书馆价值和作用的科学量化,创新服务计划,实施线上线下多元阅读行动。文章基于阅读推广视角探索图书馆影响力评估机制,从满足读者需求、达成图书馆服务目标、响应图书馆服务三个方面阐述影响力评估的重要性和必要性,在分析图书馆影响力评估基本方式和具体实施流程、成果的基础上,提出图书馆影响力评估模型设计思路,以期为促进图书馆有效经营、工作效益改进、工作质量提升、服务满意度提高提供参考。The implementation of library influence evaluation mechanism can realize the scientific quantification of the value and role of libraries,innovate service plans,implement online and offline diversified reading actions.This paper explores the library influence evaluation mechanism from the perspective of reading promotion,and expounds the importance and necessity of influence evaluation from three aspects:meeting readers′ needs,achieving library service goals,and responding to library services,and proposes the design ideas of library influence evaluation model on basis of analyzing the basic methods,the specific implementation process and results of library influence evaluation,in order to provide reference for promoting effective operation,improving work efficiency,enhancing work quality and service satisfaction.
