摘　　要：通过对新冠肺炎疫情出来以来高校图书馆数字资源校外访问的服务方式及使用情况进行梳理,从读者、图书馆、数据库商三个角度分析造成校外访问不畅的原因,提出读者培训全面常态、资源分级验收管理、技术手段主动干预、促进拓展SP成员、多种访问方式并行的策略,以保障高校图书馆数字资源校外访问的可持续。From the perspective of readers,libraries and database providers,this paper analyzes why off-campus access to university library digital resources was difficult by combing through how and what digital resources have been used since the COVID-19 outbreak,and proposes the strategies of comprehensive and normal reader training,graded acceptance management of resources,active intervention of technical means,promoting the expansion of SP members and parallelism of multiple access methods to guarantee the sustainability of off-campus access to digital resources in university libraries.
