摘  要:在航空、航天等场合,微波互联不仅要保证性能,更要保证可靠性,而镀金铜带搭接是较理想的互联方式。本文针对镀金铜带搭接对端口微波特性的影响开展研究。运用Ansoft HFSS进行建模与仿真,采用基于并联单枝节的匹配方式来改善端口驻波,且在此基础上研究引线高度、投影长度和铜带宽度三个参数对端口特性的影响。按照仿真优化的参数进行模块加工与装配。经测试,驻波等指标与仿真结果基本一致。In aerospace environments,it is necessary to ensure the microwave interconnecting's performance and reliability,so that the gold-plated copper strip is an ideal way for interconnection.In this paper,the effect of the gold-plated copper strip lapping on microwave characteristics of port is researched.The modeling and simulation are carried out with Ansoft HFSS,and the matching way of single parallel branch is used to improve the voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR),on the basis of which the influence of performance with different copper width,height and projection length are researched.Furthermore,the module is manufactured and assembled with the optimized parameter of the simulation,and test results show that the standing wave and other indicators are consistent with the simulation results.
