摘 要:为实现“双碳”目标,生猪养殖业“降碳减排”高质量发展是必然选择。基于种养结合的视角,考虑养殖的非期望产出和粪污资源化利用收益,运用SE-SBM模型和GML指数,测算和分析2001—2019年湖南不同规模的环境技术效率和绿色全要素生产率增长,为“双碳”目标下生猪养殖业高质量发展提供参考。研究发现:种养结合模式的环境技术效率值均高于非种养结合,两种模式下环境技术效率由高到低依次为中规模、大规模、小规模;种养结合模式除了精饲料的冗余量略高于非种养结合,水及燃料动力费、医疗防疫费冗余量基本差不多,其他指标的松弛量均低于非种养结合,中规模在投入、产出方面仍有改进空间;种养结合与非种养结合模式下,不同养殖规模绿色全要素生产率具有很大差异;种养结合的中规模绿色全要素生产率增幅最大,湖南省中规模养殖更适合发展种养结合型模式。In order to achieve the goal of“double carbon”,the high-quality development of“carbon reduction and emission reduction”of pig breeding industry is an inevitable choice.Based on the perspective of combination of planting and breeding,considering the unexpected output of breeding and the profit from resource utilization of fecal pollution,SE-SBM model and GML index are used to calculate and analyze the environmental technical efficiency and growth of green total factor productivity of different scales in Hunan province from 2001 to 2019,so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of pig breeding industry under the goal of“double carbon”.It is found that the environmental technical efficiency of the combination mode of planting and breeding is higher than that of non-planting and breeding,the environmental technical efficiency of two modes is medium-scale,large-scale and small-scale from high to low;The redundancy of refined feed in the combination of planting and breeding is slightly higher than that of non planting and breeding,the redundancy of water and fuel power cost,medical and epidemic prevention cost are basically the same,and the relaxation of other indicators is lower than that of non planting and breeding,there is still room for improvement in input and output for medium-sized scale;Under the combination of planting and breeding and non planting and breeding mode,the green total factor productivity of different breeding scales varies greatly;The green total factor productivity of medium scale of combination of planting and breeding increased the most,and the medium scale breeding is more suitable for the development of the combination of planting and breeding in Hunan Province.
