摘 要:为把握CL-20炸药技术的发展态势,在系统跟踪国外技术文献的基础上,梳理总结了国外CL-20合成、后加工和CL-20基混合炸药等相关技术的发展脉络和技术进步,对CL-20炸药技术的发展趋势进行了分析。体现在:CL-20合成与制备技术取得创新发展,高效绿色低成本新工艺技术已在实验室规模获得突破;CL-20高效后加工技术已达到实用性水平,部分先进转晶工艺已实现500g的批产规模,超细化处理的纳米级颗粒度已突破常规局限性;CL-20基混合炸药的配方不断丰富,但CL-20在炸药应用中存在溶解与晶变问题,仍待深入研究解决。指出未来应重点发展以小分子有机物为原料的CL-20合成新技术、高品质球形化CL-20晶体的制备技术以及CL-20在混合炸药制备中的抗溶解和防晶变技术研究等。In order to thoroughly understand the development trends of the CL-20 explosives,the technical progress in the synthesis methods and post-processing of CL-20,as well as the formulation of the CL-20-based explosives,were summarized based on the foreign-related technical literature and information.The development trend of the CL-20 explosive technology was analyzed.The conclusions were as follows:the synthesis technology of CL-20 has achieved innovative development.High efficiency,green and low-cost new process technology has made breakthroughs on the laboratory scale.The effective post-processing technology has reached a practical level.Some advanced crystal transformation process has achieved a mass-production scale of 500 grams.Ultra-fine processed nanoparticles have broken through conventional limitations.The formulations of the CL-20-based explosives are constantly enriched,but the problems of dissolution and crystal transformation of CL-20 in the application of explosives still need to be further studied and solved.Development of new synthesis techniques using small organic molecules as raw materials,preparation of high-quality spherical CL-20 crystals,and studies on anti-dissolution and anti-crystal transformation technology of CL-20 in the preparation of explosives will become the trend of development.
