摘 要:为研究老化对HMX基塑料黏结炸药(PBX-6)制件热安全性的影响,分别开展了半径50mm的PBX-6炸药件在温度65℃、时间180d和365d以及温度55℃、时间140d和365d的加速老化试验;设计Φ100mm炸药件的快烤和慢烤试验装置;一个烤燃弹由2个半径50mm PBX-6炸药件组成;对未老化、经不同温度和时间加速老化的炸药件,进行了快烤试验和慢烤试验;讨论了加热方式和加热速率对烤燃温度和烤燃时间的影响,评估了老化PBX-6炸药件在火烧刺激或缓慢加热下的安全性。结果表明,快速烤燃试验中,炸药件经温度65℃老化365d后,其烤燃温度从311.2℃下降到260.4℃;PBX-6炸药件加速老化时间越长,其烤燃时间越短,烤燃温度越低,爆燃后对烤燃弹外壳和圆筒的破坏程度更大;在加热速率2℃/min的慢速烤燃试验中,炸药件经温度55℃老化140d和365d后,其烤燃温度分别为218.5℃和211.9℃。随着PBX-6炸药件加速老化时间增加,其烤燃时间和烤燃温度均减少。随加热速率上升,加速老化PBX-6炸药件的烤燃时间缩短,而烤燃温度升高;无论快烤试验或慢烤试验,由于PBX-6炸药件加速老化后,密度减少和热稳定性降低,导致老化PBX-6炸药件的烤燃时间减少,烤燃温度降低,烤燃弹的热安全性下降。To study the effect of aging on the thermal safety of HMX-based plastic bonded explosive(PBX-6),the accelerated aging tests of PBX-6 explosive with radius of 50mm under 65℃for 180 days and 365 days,and under 55℃for 140 days and 365 days were carried out,respectively.The fast and slow cook-off test devices of explosive withΦ100mm were designed.One specimen bomb composed of two PBX-6 explosive components with radius of 50mm.For original and accelerated aging under different temperatures and durations explosive,the fast and slow cook-off tests were carried out,respectively.The effects of heating mode and rate on the deflagration temperature and time were discussed,and the safety of aged PBX-6 explosive under fire stimulation or slow heating was evaluated.The results show that in the fast cook-off test,the deflagration temperature of aging explosive drops from 311.2℃to 260.4℃after aging under 65℃for 365 days.The longer the accelerated aging time of PBX-6 explosive,the shorter the deflagration time,the lower the deflagration temperature,and greater the damage of shell and cylinder of the specimen bomb after the deflagration.In the slow cook-off test with heating rate of 2℃/min,the deflagration temperatures of aging explosives were 218.5℃and 211.9℃after aging under 55℃for 140 days and 365 days,respectively.With the increase of accelerated aging time of PBX-6 explosive,the deflagration time and temperature of the specimen bomb decrease.With the increase of heating rate,the deflagration time of accelerated aging PBX-6 explosive decreases,while the deflagration temperature increases.Regardless of the fast or slow cook-off test,the density and thermal stability of PBX-6 explosive are reduced after accelerated aging,resulting in the reduction of the deflagration time and temperature,and thermal safety of aging PBX-6 explosive.
