摘  要:为了探究氟聚物黏结剂对高聚物黏结炸药(PBX)造型粉可压性的影响,对3种不同黏结剂(F2311、F2313、F2314)的TATB基PBX造型粉进行压制成型试验,获得了PBX造型粉的压缩位移曲线;采用排水法和小角X射线散射技术(SAXS),得到了PBX成型样品的密度和孔隙率随温度的变化规律。结果表明,3种造型粉在载荷最大时的压缩位移与松装密度有关,松装密度越大,造型粉的压缩位移越小;PBX成型样品的密度和孔隙率均会在某个压制温度发生突变,TATB/F2311、TATB/F2313和TATB/F2314密度突变的温度分别为60、80和100℃;3种PBX成型样品的孔隙在3~5nm和30~50nm两个区域呈双峰分布,当压制温度高于突变温度时,40~50nm的孔隙明显降低。此外,建立了修正比能量可压性评价方法,对3种造型粉进行了可压性评价,获得的可压性系数与相对密度相关系数较好(0.9以上),验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。相同压制条件下,以F2311为黏结剂的TATB基PBX造型粉的可压性系数最大,可压性最好。To investigate the effect of fluoropolymer binder on the compressibility of PBX molding powder,the compression displacement curves of TATB-based PBX molding powder with three different binders(F2311,F2313,F2314)were obtained by the compression molding experiments.The variations in density and porosity of PBX molding sample with temperature were obtained by drainage method and small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS)technique.The results show that the compression displacement of the three kinds of molding powder at the maximum load is related to the apparent density.And the higher the apparent density is,the smaller the compression displacement of the molding powder is.Both the density and porosity of PBX molding sample will suddenly change at a certain molding temperature,and the temperatures of sudden density change of TATB/F2311,TATB/F2313 and TATB/F2314 are 60,80 and 100℃,respectively.The pores of the three PBX samples present bimodal distribution in the region ranging from 3 to 5nm and 30 to 50nm.The pores of 40nm to 50nm decreases obviously when the molding temperature is higher than the sudden change temperature.In addition,a modified specific energy compressibility evaluation method was established,by which the compressibility of three kinds of molding powder was evaluated.The correlation between the compressibility coefficient and the relative density is good(correlation coefficient is above 0.9),which verifies the reasonability and effectiveness of the method.Under the same molding condition,the compressibility coefficient of TATB-based PBX molding powder with F2311 as the binder is the highest,and the compressibility is the best.
