摘  要:为探究油相材料对现场混装乳化炸药基质抗挤压能力的影响,使用光学显微镜、激光粒度仪、水溶法和黏度计对3种油相(柴油、煤油、机油)制备的现场混装乳化炸药基质挤压前后的微观结构、粒径、硝酸铵析晶量和黏度进行了测试。结果表明,柴油、煤油和机油制备的基质样品粒径分别为6.74、2.44和1.41μm,硝酸铵析出量分别为0.0161、0.0150和0.0144g,黏度分别为105346、180076和290931mPa·s;在受10次挤压后,粒径增长分别为37.74、4.29和2.09μm,硝酸铵析出量增长分别为0.0338、0.0261和0.0231g;黏度增长为329438、506014和800649mPa·s;柴油制备的基质样品受10次挤压后粒径增大5.60倍,硝酸铵析出量为未受压的2.09倍,黏度增大213%;煤油和机油制备的基质样品受10次挤压后粒径增大1.76和1.48倍,硝酸铵析出量为未受压的1.74和1.60倍,黏度增大181%和175%,机油制备的现场混装乳化炸药基质抗挤压能力较好。To investigate the effect of oil phase materials on the anti-extrusion ability of on-site mixed emulsion explosive matrix,the microstructure,particle size,ammonium nitrate crystallization and viscosity of on-site mixed emulsion explosive matrix prepared by three oil phases(diesel oil,kerosene,engine oil)before and after extrusion were tested by optical microscope,laser particle size analyzer,water solution method and viscometer,respectively.The results show that the particle sizes of the matrix samples prepared by diesel oil,kerosene and engine oil are 6.74,2.44,and 1.41μm,respectively.The precipitation amounts of ammonium nitrate are 0.0161,0.0150 and 0.0144g and the viscosity are 105346,180076,290931mPa·s,respectively.After 10 times of extrusion,the particle sizes increase to 37.74,4.29 and 2.09μm,and the precipitation amount of ammonium nitrate increase to 0.0338,0.0261 and 0.0231g;viscosity increase to 329438,506014 and 800649mPa·s.The particle size of the matrix sample prepared by diesel oil increases by 5.60 times,the precipitation amount of ammonium nitrate is 2.09 times than that without compression,and the viscosity increases by 213%after 10 times of extrusion.The particle size of matrix samples prepared by kerosene and engine oil after 10 times extrusion increase by 1.76 and 1.48 times,the precipitation amount of ammonium nitrate were 1.74 and 1.60 times than that without compression,the viscosity increase by 181%and 175%,and the structure remaines stable.The on-site mixed emulsion explosive matrix prepared by engine oil has better extrusion resistance.
