官网政府公开信息质量的实证研究

摘　　要：随着信息公开制度的日益完善,我国各级政府越来越重视信息公开质量,政府官网已成为信息公开的主要媒介。利用信息公开工作年度报告对我国各级政府官网公开信息质量进行研究。结果表明,我国各级政府官网公开信息质量总体较好,但还存在着信息不够简明扼要、信息公布不及时、过程类信息缺乏以及信息增值度低等问题。基于此,提出提高各级政府官网公开信息质量的相关建议。With the improvement of the information disclosure system,the governments at all levels in China pay more and more attention to the quality of information disclosure,and the official websites of the governments have become the main medium for information disclosure.This paper explores the quality of information disclosed on the official websites of the governments at all levels in China by using the annual report on information disclosure.The results show that the quality of information disclosed on the official websites by governments at all levels is generally good,but there are still problems such as the insufficient conciseness of information,untimely information release,lack of process information,and low value-added information.Based on this,it presents suggestions on the improvement of the quality of public information on the official websites of governments at all levels.
