摘  要:近年来,随着博物馆“大学校”功能的发挥以及中小学教育改革的推进,馆校合作成为博物馆与中小学实现双方互利共赢、协同发展的重要途径。与综合性博物馆、科技场馆相比,专题性博物馆相对小众,如何在馆校合作实践中有效发挥其独特教育功能,值得文博和教育领域的教育工作者共同探讨。以上海中国航海博物馆为例,通过对5期馆校合作成果档案资料的梳理、数据统计分析以及与馆校双方教育人员的访谈分析,发现当前馆校合作存在项目推广效率低、分布不均衡,合作对象流失、合作关系不对等,合作机制粗放、深度合作少,项目推进保守、资源整合不足等突出问题,并对问题产生原因进行剖析,针对性提出强化各层级制度引领、建立“一区一校一品”深度合作机制、加强资源整合开放与共享、拓展项目内容与形式、引入第三方辅助五个长效发展路径,以期为专题性博物馆馆校合作的持续、深度发展提供思路和建议。In recent years,with the development of museum’s big school"function and the advancement of primary and secondary education reform,Museum-School cooperation has become an important way for museums and primary and secondary schools to achieve mutual benefit and cooperative development.Compared with comprehensive museums,science and technology museums,thematic museums are relatively niche,how to effectively bring its unique educational function into play in the practice of Museum-School cooperation is worth discussed by educators in the field of museum and education.This paper takes China Maritime Museum as an example,through sorting out the archives of the five phases of Museum-School cooperation,statistical analysis of the data and interview with the education personnel of the two sides,low project promotion efficiency,uneven distribution,the loses of cooperation object,unequal cooperation relationship,extensive cooperation mechanism,fe w deep cooperation,conservative project advancement,insufficient resource integration were observed.Then,the causes of the problems were analyzed,five long-term development paths of strengthening the guida nce of institutions at all levels,establishing an in-depth cooperation mechanism of"one district,one school,one product",strengthening resource integration,openness and sharing,expanding project content and form,introducing the third party assistance were tried to put forward,in order to provide ideas and suggestions for sustainable and in-depth developme nt of Museum-School cooperation.
