摘  要:以CaCO_(3)、Co_(3)O_(4)、La_(2)O_(3)为原料,采用固相球磨法制备M型锶铁氧体,研究了Ca含量对Ca-La-Co联合取代M型锶铁氧体结构和性能的影响。采用X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜、永磁测量仪分别对M型锶铁氧体的物相、晶胞结构、微观形貌和磁性能进行了表征。结果表明:Ca^(2+)部分取代Sr^(2+)会造成晶胞c轴收缩,Ca取代量x≤0.2at%时,得到单一的磁铅石相;Ca取代量x≥0.3at%时,开始出现α-Fe_(2)O_(3)相,Ca^(2+)与SrO等形成低共熔物,会加速晶粒c轴方向上的生长,促进六角片状结构的形成;Ca取代量x=0.2at%时,M型铁氧体的粒径在1.0μm左右,且分布均匀;随着取代量的增加,出现晶粒异常长大的现象;Ca取代量的增加虽然会降低磁体的饱和磁化强度和剩磁,但会提高磁体的矫顽力,当Ca取代量x≤0.2at%时,随着取代量的增加,样品的剩磁略微下降,而矫顽力却急剧上升。The M-type strontium ferrite magnet was prepared by the conventional solid-state ball-milling method,and the effects of Ca content on the Ca-La-Co co-substituted M-type Sr-hexaferrites were investigated.The phase identification,unit cell structure,microscopic morphology and magnetic properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction,field emission scanning electron microscopy and hysteresis curve measuring instrument.The results show that thepartial substitution of Sr^(2+)by Ca^(2+)will shrink the c-axis of the unit cell.When the Ca content is less than 0.2at%,a single magnetoplumbite phase is obtained while theα-Fe_(2)O_(3)phase occurs as the Ca content beyond 0.3at%.The Ca^(2+)and SrO can form a low-melting eutectic,which accelerates the grain growth in the c-axis direction and promotes the formation of hexagonal flake structures.The particle size is about 1.0μm at 0.2at%Ca content and presents uniform size distribution,then abnormal grain growth appeares with the further increasing Ca content.The increase of Ca content will increase the coercivity,but reduce the saturation magnetization and remanence of the magnet,at 0.2at%Ca content,the coercive force increases sharply with only slightly decrease in remanence.
