摘  要:为明确三唑锡对二斑叶螨体内解毒酶系的影响,在室内采用叶片喷雾法,以亚致死剂量LC_(10)(0.159 mg/L)和LC_(30)(0.247 mg/L)三唑锡处理二斑叶螨敏感品系后,测定不同时间段其体内羧酸酯酶(CarEs)、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)和多功能氧化酶(MFOs)的酶比活性,为二斑叶螨对三唑锡的抗性机制研究提供科学依据。结果如下:二斑叶螨用LC_(10)和LC_(30)剂量的三唑锡处理3、6、12、24和48 h后,与对照相比,其体内GSTs、CarEs和MFOs酶比活性,随时间增长,均不同程度升高且明显高于对照。LC_(30)处理组GSTs酶比活性明显高于LC_(10)处理组,在6和24 h时达到最大;LC_(30)处理组的CarEs酶比活性高于LC_(10)处理组;LC_(30)处理组的MFOs酶比活性高于LC_(10)处理组且LC_(10)处理组CarEs和MFOs酶比活性均在48 h时达到最大。3种解毒酶的酶比活性随三唑锡浓度的增加而升高。To determine the effect of azocyclotin on the detoxification enzymes and resistance in Tetranychus urticae,cowpea leaves were sprayed to provide the sublethal doses LC_(10)(0.159 mg/L)and LC_(30)(0.247 mg/L)to the strain sensitive strain of Tetranychus urticae for different time period 3、6、12、24 and 48 h.The changes of CarEs,glutathione-S-transferases(GSTs)and multifunctional oxidases(MFOs)enzymes in T.urticae were analysed in vivo.The results are as follows:after 3、6、12、24 and 48 h treatment with LC_(30) and LC_(10),compare with that control,the enzyme activities of GSTs,CarEs and MFOs increased over time.All of them increased to different degrees and were significantly higher than that of control.Enzyme activity in LC_(30) treatment group was significantly higher than that in LC_(10) treatment group,reached the maximum at 6 h and 24 h.Enzyme activity of CarEs in LC_(30) was higher than that in LC_(10);Enzyme activity MFOs in LC_(30) was higher than in LC_(10).With the LC_(10) treatment group the enzyme activity of CarEs and MFOs reached the maximum at 48 h.The activity of three detoxification enzymes increased with the increase of azocyclotin concentration.
