摘 要:炮口振动是影响坦克行进间射击精度的关键因素,为了减小身管柔性等火炮结构非线性因素对炮口振动的影响,提出了将炮口中心角位移作为稳定器误差补偿信号的炮口振动控制方法,研究构建了考虑身管柔性的炮口误差信号补偿模型。同时,基于自适应鲁棒控制方法,建立了考虑垂向稳定器的坦克行进间机电液耦合动力学模型,计算并分析了所提炮口振动控制方法对坦克行进间炮口振动的控制效果,研究结果表明,身管柔性等火炮结构非线性因素导致坦克行进间炮口中心角位移与摇架处差异较大,而所提炮口振动控制方法可有效控制这些因素影响下的炮口振动,大幅提高坦克垂向稳定器的综合稳定效果。Muzzle vibration is the key factor affecting firing accuracy of tanks in moving.Here,to reduce effects of gun structure nonlinear factors,such as,barrel flexibility on muzzle vibration,a muzzle vibration control method to take muzzle center angular displacement as stabilizer error compensation signal was proposed,and a muzzle error signal compensation model considering barrel flexibility was studied and constructed.At the same time,based on the adaptive robust control method,the electromechanical-hydraulic coupled dynamic model of tank in moving considering vertical stabilizer was established,and the control effect of the proposed control method on muzzle vibration of tank in moving was calculated and analyzed.The study results showed that gun structure nonlinear factors,such as,barrel flexibility can cause a larger difference between angular displacement of muzzle center and that at gun cradle during tank in moving;the proposed muzzle vibration control method can effectively control muzzle vibration under these factors affecting,and significantly improve comprehensive stability effect of tank vertical stabilizer.
