摘　　要：在全球应对新型冠状病毒感染性疾病疫情的大背景下,为确保北京冬季奥林匹克运动会成功举办,国际奥委会、国际残奥委会和北京冬奥组委三方共同发布两版《北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会防疫手册》,囊括冬奥会各利益相关方所需遵循的防疫准则。本研究基于传染病防控的基本原则,综合分析冬奥会的防疫策略,旨在论证传染病防控基本原则对传染病防控的指导价值以及《防疫手册》的科学性和实用性,为后续国际赛事防疫策略的制定提供科学借鉴。In the context of the global response to the infectious diseases of a novel coronavirus pandemic,in order to ensure the successful holding of the Beijing Winter Olympics,the International Olympic Committee,the International Paralympic Committee,and the Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games have jointly published two editions of“the Epidemic Prevention Manual for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympic Games”.The manuals provide guidelines of epidemic prevention for stakeholders in the Beijing Winter Olympics.Based on the basic principles of infectious disease prevention and control,this study comprehensively analyzes the epidemic prevention strategies for the Beijing Winter Olympics.This study aims to demonstrate the guiding value of the basic principles of infectious disease prevention and control on the prevention and control of infectious diseases,as well as the scientific and practical nature of the“Epidemic Prevention Manual”.It also provides scientific references for the formulation of epidemic prevention strategies for subsequent international competitions.
