接种量对MEC阳极生物膜氢气产率的影响

摘  要:以葡萄糖为底物,采用单池MEC反应器探究不同接种量下MEC阳极生物膜的氢气产率与阳极表面电活性微生物之间的关系。结果表明,无电解电压的对照组并未有阳极生物膜形成,对照组、20%、30%和40%接种量下产生的最大电流分别为0、7.5、13.6、0.7 mA,氢气产率分别为0.1、0.87、1.52、1.28 mol H_(2)/mol-G,其中,30%接种量下的阳极膜表现出较好的氢气产率和微生物多样性。16S rRNA测序结果表明,各实验组阳极生物膜中占主导的产电菌均以Clostridium和Geobacter为主,30%接种量条件下阳极膜微生物种类、优势菌丰度及生物量都最丰富,其中电活性微生物丰度为64.9%,且相对丰度不受接种量的影响。Taking glucose as the substrate, a single-cell MEC reactor is used to explore the relationship between the hydrogen yield of MEC anode biofilm and the electroactive microorganisms on the anode surface under different inoculation amount.The results show that the control group without electrolysis voltage has not led to the formation of anode biofilm, and the maximum current values generated by the control group, 20%,30%,and 40% inoculation amount groups are 0 mA,7.5 mA,13.6 mA,and 10.7 mA,respectively, and the hydrogen yields are 0.1 mol H_(2)/mol-G,0.87 mol H_(2)/mol-G,1.52 mol H_(2)/mol-G and 1.28 mol H_(2)/mol-G,respectively.Among them, the anode membrane under 30% inoculation amount group shows a higher hydrogen yield and a good microbial diversity.The results through 16 S rRNA sequencing show that the dominant electricity-producing bacteria in the anode biofilms of each experimental group are mainly Clostridium and Geobacter.The types of anode membrane microorganisms, dominant bacteria abundance and biomass are the most abundant under the 30% inoculation amount.The abundance of active microorganisms is 64.9%,and the relative abundance is not affected by the inoculation amount.
