摘　　要：大连市是我国养殖牡蛎的传统产地之一,近年来,伴随着虾夷扇贝养殖业的衰弱,牡蛎产业得到迅猛发展。本文主要阐述大连市牡蛎产业发展现状,包括苗种来源、养殖分布、加工现状和市场情况等环节,并对现阶段大连市牡蛎产业面临的无序化发展、产值与产量不均衡、良种意识缺乏、配套技术与设施不足等问题提出合理规划管理、提高良种意识、优化养殖模式、重视品牌效应、鼓励精深加工和周边设施研发等建议,以期为大连市牡蛎产业管理和发展政策制定提供参考。Dalian is one of the traditional oyster(Crassostreagigas) breeding areas in China. In recent years, with the decline of shrimp scallop culture, the oyster industry has developed rapidly.This paper mainly expounds the development status of oyster industry in Dalian. It includes the situation of seed source, breeding distribution, processing and market. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward, such as reasonable planning and management, raising the awareness of improved species, optimizing the breeding model, attaching importance to the brand effect,encouraging the intensive processing and the R & D of peripheral facilities. At the end of this paper,it proposes suggestions according to these problems in the process of oyster industry development, so as to provide future reference to oyster industry management and development policy formulation.
