摘  要:本文参考轮胎制造业主流设备改造方向即撑块改造作为两鼓成型机改造方向,设计改造老式两鼓成型机方案。分别采用有缝扇形块、无缝扇形块以及一种新型设计无缝扇形块使用一次成型法生产胎胚,通过对最终产品外观、X光图像反馈的分析,最终确定了新型设计无缝扇形块的结构优势,并对撑块改造方向+提出了进一步的要求。This paper refers to the transformation direction of the mainstream equipment in the tire manufacturing industry,that is,the transformation of the support block as the transformation direction of the two-drum building machine,and designs the transformation of the old two-drum building machine.The researchers produced the green tires using one-step building using slotted segments,seamless segments,and a new design.Through the analysis of the final product appearance and X-ray image feedback,the structural advantages of the new design seamless sector block are finally determined,and further requirements are put forward for the direction of the support block transformation.
