摘 要:对新研发输送装置轴承座紧固螺栓进行仿真分析,判定所选螺栓能否满足基本的静强度与疲劳强度要求。本文先通过多体动力学分析获取轴承座所受载荷,然后根据载荷进行受力分析,评估紧固螺栓静强度与疲劳强度。针对螺栓疲劳强度校核,本文给出三种常用分析方法对比结果。此分析过程对前期结构设计紧固件选型具有较强的指导意义。The simulation analysis of the newly developed bearing seat fastening bolts of conveying device was carried out to determine whether the selected bolts can meet the basic static strength and fatigue strength requirements.In this paper,the load on the bearing seat was obtained through multi-body dynamic analysis,and then the force analysis was carried out according to the load to evaluate the static strength and fatigue strength of the fastening bolt.For bolt fatigue strength check,this paper presents the comparison results of three common analysis methods.This analysis process has a strong guiding significance for the selection of fasteners in the early structural design.
