摘　　要：文章分析十八索湿地自然保护区水资源开发利用现状及其动态特征,探究影响十八索湿地自然保护区水资源生态功能发挥的关键因子,提出了切实可行的保护措施。This paper analyzes the current situation and dynamic characteristics of water resources development and utilization in Shibasuo Wetland Nature Reserve,the key factors affecting the ecological function of water resources in Shibasuo Wetland Nature Reserve are explored and specific protection measures are put forward.
