摘 要:预应力混凝土结构应用广泛,但施工过程常存在预应力钢筋锈蚀、孔道压浆压力不足等问题。为探索预应力混凝土结构灌浆微小缺陷检测更高效的方法,针对预应力混凝土结构,运用非线性超声检测法检测了因灌浆稳压期压力不足带来的微小缺陷,并将经典的线性超声波法作为对比试验,试验表明:线性超声参数波速与孔道中的微缺陷的相关性不大,非线性参数针对稳压时间不足所导致的预应力混凝土孔道灌浆微缺陷变化更敏感,非线性超声检测孔道灌浆稳压不足造成的缺陷效率更好,精确度更高。Prestressed concrete structures are widely used,but there are often problems such as corrosion of prestressed steel bars and insufficient grouting pressure in the construction process.In order to try a more efficient method for the detection of small defects in grouting of prestressed concrete structures,for prestressed concrete structures,the nonlinear ultrasonic testing method was used to detect the small defects caused by insufficient pressure during the grouting period,and the classical linear ultrasonic method was used as the test method.The comparison test shows that the linear ultrasonic parameter wave velocity has little correlation with the micro-defects in the channel,the nonlinear parameter is more sensitive to the change of micro-defects in the prestressed concrete channel grouting caused by the lack of voltage stabilization time,and the nonlinear ultrasonic detection of the channel grouting stability defects caused by insufficient pressure are more efficient and more accurate.
