摘  要:使用异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚己内酯二元醇、双端羟丙基硅油、丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯、四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯合成了有机硅聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚体,紫外光照射60s制备出光固化有机硅聚氨酯丙烯酸酯离型膜。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振波谱仪、热重分析仪等分析方法对预聚体的结构和离型膜的性能进行了表征,研究了聚己内酯二元醇和双端羟丙基硅油的比例对离型膜性能的影响。结果表明:成功制备了力学性能优异且具有耐老化性能的光固化有机硅聚氨酯丙烯酸酯离型膜。随着聚己内酯二元醇含量增加,离型膜的剥离力增大,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率则下降。Silicone polyurethane acrylate prepolymer was synthesized by using isophorone diisocyanate,polycaprolactone diol,double-terminated hydroxypropyl silicone oil,2-hydroxyethyl acrylate and tetrahydrofuran acrylate.UV curing silicone polyurethane acrylate release film was prepared by UV irradiation for 60seconds.The structure of prepolymer and the properties of release film were characterized by the analysis methods of Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer and thermogravimetric analyzer.The effects of the ratio of polycaprolactone diol and double-terminated hydroxypropyl silicone oil on the properties of release film were studied.The results show that UV curing silicone polyurethane acrylate release film with excellent mechanical properties and aging resistance has been successfully prepared.With the increase of polycaprolactone diol contents,the peel force of release film increases,while the tensile strength and elongation at break of release film decrease.
