摘  要:为克服捏合块在双螺杆挤出加工中的刮擦生热和自洁功能差等缺陷,进一步提升高分子材料熔融混合效率,自主研制了一种新型摄动环元件。采用该螺纹元件对转速比为2∶1的同向差速双螺杆排气段上游螺纹组合进行改造,改造长度分别占螺杆总长的7%和16%。采用不同的螺杆转速和喂料量制备了一系列聚丙烯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(PP/ABS)复合材料,对其相形态和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:当摄动环元件占螺杆总长16%且无捏合块时,所制备的PP/ABS复合材料中的分散相在低频喂料的低速区和高频喂料下具有最小的粒径且均匀分布。2种螺纹结构所制备的复合材料力学性能受工况的影响较小。In order to overcome the shortcomings of kneading elements,such as large heat generation from direct touch friction and poor self-cleaning ability,as well as to enhance the efficiencies of melting and mixing,a new type of perturbation ring elements has been self-developed.Using those new elements,the screw element combinations upstream of the venting section were modified where a pair of two intermeshing screws had a speed ratio of 2∶1and the modification sections occupied 7%and 16%of the total screw length.A series of polypropylene/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(PP/ABS)composites were prepared under different screw speeds and feeding rates,and their phase morphologies and mechanical properties of the composites were studied.The results show that when the perturbation ring element occupies 16%of the total screw length and there is no kneading block,the dispersed phase in PP/ABS composites has the smallest particle size and the best uniform distributions in the low-speed zone of low-frequency feeding and highfrequency feeding.The mechanical properties of the composites with two kinds of thread structures are less affected by the working conditions.
