摘 要:对基布层、发泡层、单革聚氯乙烯(PVC)层及其组成的PVC面套进行气味评价,采用热脱附-气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC/MS)对材料挥发出的气味物质进行测试,确定三层材料对PVC面套气味物质的贡献,并分析主要气味物质的来源。结果表明:PVC面套的主要气味物质来源于单革PVC层,少量来源于基布层、发泡层和加工过程。单革PVC层主要气味物质来自加工过程中使用的助剂、溶剂和PVC自身发生化学反应生成的烷烃类物质。The odors of base fabric layer,foam layer,single leather polyvinyl chloride(PVC)layer and PVC cover composed of them were evaluated.Thermal desorption-gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC/MS)was applied to test the odorous organics emitted by the materials.The contribution of three layers to the odor substances of PVC cover was evaluated and the source of the main odor substances was analyzed.The results show that the odor substances of PVC cover mainly derive from single leather PVC layer,while a small amount originates from the base fabric layer,foam layer and processing process.The odor substances of single leather PVC layer mainly come from the additives and solvents that used in the processing process and the alkane substances generated by the chemical reaction of PVC itself.
