摘 要:改性NaY/Beta双微孔复合分子筛通过液相离子交换法,得到3种金属离子改性的CuY/Beta、NiY/Beta和CeY/Beta吸附剂.采用XRD、N2吸附脱附、吡啶原位红外(Py-IR)、NH3-TPD以及热重脱附-微分热重脱附(TG-DTG)等手段对吸附剂进行了表征,应用微库仑滴定仪法和气相色谱-硫化学发光检测相结合的手段,评价了不同金属离子改性后的吸附剂对催化裂化汽油(FCC)以及加氢脱硫汽油(HDS)的吸附脱硫性能.结果表明,通过金属离子改性后的NaY/Beta分子筛还是以微孔形式为主,介孔为辅的孔隙结构存在;改性NaY/Beta分子筛与同样方法改性的NaY分子筛相比,L酸有所增加,且改性NaY/Beta分子筛的脱硫效果有明显的提高;不同金属离子改性的复合分子筛对燃料油的吸附选择性不同.Samples of CuY/Beta、NiY/Beta and CeY/Beta were prepared by modifying a NaY/Beta composite zeolite with a liquid ion-exchange method and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),N2 adsorption,N2 desorption,pyridine infrared spectroscopy(Py-IR),NH3-TPD and thermogravimetric stripping-differential thermogravimetric stripping(TG-DTG)techniques.Desulfurization performance of the samples for a fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)and a hydrodesulfurization(HDS)gasoline were evaluated by the intermittent static methods,which were used Micro coulometric titration and gas chromatography sulfur chemiluminescence to detect.The pore structure of the samples modified by different metal ions is mainly in form of micropore.Compared with the NaY zeolites modified with the same method,the surface Lewis(L)acidity of the modified NaY/Beta composite zeolites has been improved.The adsorption desulfurization performance of the modified NaY/Beta zeolites by different metal ions has also been improved greatly.Composite molecular sieves modified by different metal ions have different adsorption selectivity to fuel oils.
