济川煎加减配合穴位埋线疗法治疗老年阳虚型便秘的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨济川煎加减配合穴位埋线治疗老年阳虚型便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年4月至2021年1月在北京市朝阳区六里屯社区卫生服务中心和八里庄社区卫生服务站诊治的120例老年阳虚型便秘患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例患者。对照组给予乳果糖口服液晨起空腹服用,治疗组给予济川煎加减配合穴位埋线。比较两组患者的排便次数、排便性状、排便困难与否等排便情况,并进行症状评分。结果:治疗组的总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的CCS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:济川煎加减配合穴位埋线疗法治疗阳虚便秘的效果明显,能够改善老年人便秘,且不良反应少,临床值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jichuan decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of elderly Yang deficiency constipation.Methods:120 elderly patients with Yang deficiency constipation treated in Liulitun community health service center and Balizhuang community health service station in Chaoyang District,Beijing from April 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given lactulose oral liquid on an empty stomach in the morning,and the treatment group was given Jichuan decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding.The defecation frequency,defecation character,defecation difficulty and other defecation conditions of the two groups were compared,and the symptoms were scored.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The CCS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jichuan decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy has obvious effect in the treatment of Yang deficiency constipation.It can improve constipation in the elderly with less adverse reactions.It is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
