摘 要:针对二维设计模式下变电站二次电缆量开列不准、无法满足精准投资的问题,提出运用BRCM三维软件建模,实现变电站二次电缆按照优化路径自动敷设。首先,详细介绍了BRCM软件进行电缆敷设设计的流程;其次,以某110kV变电站为例,建立了变电站电缆沟、电缆支架、电气设备三维模型,设置电缆敷设原则,可一键导出路径优化后的电缆清册;最后,通过二维设计电缆估算量、三维模拟优化路径后对电缆量与实际变电站电缆用量进行对比分析。结果表明,应用BRCM软件后,比二维设计电缆总量减少投资10.8%,达到了精准投资的成效,且与实际电缆敷设总量误差在5%以内,符合工程规范要求,体现了BRCM三维建模路径优化的可行性和可靠性。In order to avoid the inaccurate listing of substation secondary cable quantity under the two-dimensional design mode,which cannot meet the requirements of current precise investment,the paper proposes to use BRCM three-dimensional software modeling to realize automatic laying of substation secondary cable according to the optimized path.Firstly,the process of cable laying design by BRCM software is introduced in detail.Secondly,taking a certain 110 kV substation as an example,the three-dimensional model of substation cable trench,cable bracket and electrical equipment is established.The cable laying principle is set,and the cable list with optimized path can be exported with one click.Finally,the estimated cable consumption of two-dimensional design and the actual cable consumption of three-dimensional simulation optimized path are compared and analyzed.The data show that,with the application of BRCM software,the investment is reduced by 10.8%compared with the total amount of two-dimensional design cable,and the result of precise investment is achieved.The error between BRCM software and the actual cable laying amount is less than 5%,which meets the requirements of engineering specifications.It shows the feasibility and reliability of the path optimization of BRCM 3D modeling.
