摘 要:气候变化问题日益严峻,已成为当今人类面临的重大全球性挑战。通过分析江西省经济社会发展、能源消费、碳排放现状和趋势,厘清了江西实现碳达峰、碳中和面临困难与挑战,并提出应对策略。目前,江西省属于经济欠发达省份,能源消费结构仍以煤炭为主,清洁能源占比偏低,传统高耗能、高碳产业占比偏高,碳达峰、碳中和面临巨大挑战。为确保“双碳”目标如期实现,应当处理好发展与减排、整体与局部、短期与中长期的关系,推进全省经济体系、产业体系、能源体系绿色低碳转型。The problem of climate change is becoming more and more serious, and it has become a major global challenge facing human beings today. By analyzing the current situation and trends of economic and social development, energy consumption, and carbon emissions in Jiangxi province, the difficulties and challenges faced by Jiangxi to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality are clarified, and propose coping strategies. Currently, Jiangxi province is an economically underdeveloped province, the energy consumption structure is still dominated by coal, and the proportion of clean energy is relatively low, the proportion of traditional industries with high energy consumption and high carbon emission is relatively high, and the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goal are facing huge challenges. In order to ensure the realization of the "dual carbon" goal as scheduled, the relationship between development and emission reduction, overall and local, short-term and medium-to-long-term should be properly handled, and the province’s economic system, industrial system, and energy system should be promoted to green and low-carbon transformation.
