摘 要:煤焦油作为煤化学工业的主要原料,应用范围广泛。因此围绕煤焦油资源属性开展研究的阶段性总结,综合论述近几年煤焦油深加工技术开发和产业化发展的热点,以煤焦油精细化工路线开发和从预处理、催化剂、反应器等角度对煤焦油加氢工艺优化为主要研究内容。同时,总结造成煤焦油深加工产品远少于其他国家的主要原因是其受到自身设备规模与总产量限制,企业对新技术和研发工艺应用较少,深加工能力不足。以“引玉之砖”,推动煤焦油深加工的产业化、规模化利用,希望未来煤焦油深加工整合发展,加强企业合作与科研交流,在煤焦油深加工和产业化发展的同时重视环境保护问题。Coal tar,as the main raw material for coal chemical industry,has a wide range of applications.Therefore,the stage summary of the research around coal tar resource properties,a comprehensive discussion of the hot spots of coal tar deep processing technology development and industrialization development in recent years,with coal tar fine chemical route and development and optimization of coal tar hydrogenation process from the perspective of pretreatment,catalyst and reactor as the main research contents.At the same time,it is concluded that the main reason why coal tar deep processing products are far less than those of other countries is that they are limited by the scale of their own equipment and total output,and the enterprises have less application of new technologies and R&D processes and insufficient deep processing capacity.We hope to promote the industrialization and scale utilization of coal tar deep processing as a"brick to attract jade",and hope to integrate the development of coal tar deep processing in the future,strengthen the cooperation and scientific research exchanges among enterprises,and pay attention to environmental protection issues while developing coal tar deep processing and industrialization.
