摘  要:废润滑油主要来源于各类机械设备更换下的油品,目前国内常用的废润滑油再生技术为有酸工艺,该工艺采用蒸馏-硫酸-白土精制联合制得基础油。为具体了解这种工艺对大气环境、水环境、固废处置的影响程度,系统区分污染防治措施及效果,通过对污染物的溯源分析,发现大气污染包括真空尾气、燃烧烟气及无组织废气,水污染主要为含油废水,固体废物主要为废白土;在采取充分燃烧、隔油+气浮、废白土合理处置等措施,SO_(2)排放质量浓度可低于10 mg/m^(3),NOx排放质量浓度可低于160 mg/m^(3),废水石油类含量可低于10 mg/L,废白土能安全处置,可满足相应排放要求,对周围环境影响可接受。在此基础上,应用好再生利用工艺可减少对基础油的损耗、提高石油资源的利用率,具有一定的经济效益和环境效益。The waste lubricating oil mainly comes from the oil replaced by various mechanical equipment.At present,the recycling technology of waste Lube oil in common use in China is acid process.In order to know the influence degree of this process on atmosphere environment,water environment and solid waste disposal about waste lubricating oil recycling technology.Distinguish pollution prevention control measures and effects systematically,it is found that the waste gas pollution includes vacuum tail gas,combustion flue gas and non-organized waste gas,and the water pollution is mainly oil-bearing waste water through the traceability analysis of pollutants.Under the measures of full combustion,oil separation and air floatation,reasonable disposal of waste clay,the concentration of SO_(2) emission can be lower than 10 mg/m^(3),the concentration of NOx emission can be lower than 160 mg/m^(3),and the content of petroleum in waste water can be lower than 10 mg/L,the waste white clay can be disposed of safely,it can meet the corresponding discharge requirements,and the impact is accepted by surrounding environment.On this basis,good application of regeneration technology can reduce the loss of base oil and improve the utilization rate of petroleum resources,which has certain economic and environmental benefits.
